• VENDOR INFORMATION •
We would like to invite you to be a part of the New River Valley Bridal Expo that will put you face to face with area brides and guests. The show will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 12pm – 4pm at The Inn at Virginia Tech & Skelton Conference Center.
Each vendor will receive an 8'x8' area. Vendors along the wall will have a wall behind them while vendors in the center will have pipe and drape. Vendors will be able to rent a table and linen if requested. This space is yours and can be utilized as you see fit. As a vendor, you will also receive a listing of all brides in attendance, including their wedding date and contact information within 24 hours of the show.
There are eight (8) Premium vendor spaces which are available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors are allowed to request to be in a certain area however exact placement will be up to the show producer. We have some exciting things planned for this show so don’t wait, reserve your space today!

Admission to the event will be $10 per person.

• RESERVE A VENDOR SPACE •
Once your business is accepted to participate in one of our events, an invoice will be issued through Square. There are no refunds on paid spaces however we do understand that life happens and a situation may arise where you are unable to attend. In that case, your vendor fee can be transferred to another one of our bridal shows if enough notice is given.
