Just over two years ago, Hunting Hills Country Club joined the Capture It Events family! Hundreds of brides connected with us and built our calendar up from 4 weddings a year to our maximum capacity. The conversations and relationships we have been able to build are unmatched. From face-to-face interactions of the brides, grooms, and partners to the handshakes and relationships of fellow vendors there is no better show. We have been in many shows. None come close to Kim and her team with Capture It Events.

Kim treats her vendors with as much kindness and thoughtfulness as the couples that come to the shows. Her events bring in good quality couples, the vendor spaces are fairly priced, and they keep my books full! For that I'll be forever grateful!

The Lynchburg Bridal Expo is THE expo to be a part of! As a hotel venue, it has been seamless to work with Capture It Events at our venue and set the space for the vendors. Kim works closely with all vendors and makes sure all information has been communicated and they have what they need for a successful event. This is a fun and inviting expo that does not have many limitations as to how to wow the guests. As a well-known expo, the quality of attendees is exceptional, with interactions presenting many opportunity for future business. Looking forward to our next show!

This is our third year participating in the Capture It Events bridal shows as a wedding florist and working with Capture It Events couldn't be any smoother. The team is always professional and has excellent communication about the day with any logistics for set-up. The shows are always well organized and planned and if we had any questions, Kim was quick to respond the same day. With the high attendance rate, on average we book 8 weddings after each expo, so it is more than worth the price of the vendor space to sign-up.
